Your reusable tenant screening report is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Within that window, you can share it with up to 150 landlords or property managers. If you do not secure a rental within 30 days, you will need to complete a new application and pay a second $59.95 fee. The new report will then be shareable with up to 150 landlords for another 30-day period. Most of your information will be pre-populated from your prior application, making the renewal process straightforward.

Reports are hosted on our secure platform and shared by invitation only — meaning landlords can verify the report has not been modified before it reaches them. There are no setup or subscription fees for landlords, and our dashboard organizes reports by date, tenant name, and desired rental address, making it easy to review and manage applicants with confidence.
