You, the user, agree to complete your application process in a timely manner. Due to finance and fee obligations to render generated reports, DSE Solutions LLC d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (“RTSR”) can not take on in perpetuity open applications that have not generated tenant screening reports. Any registered application that has gone through the payment process has sixty (60) calendar days from the date of payment to complete the identity verification process and have reports generate. Any account that surpasses the sixty (60) calendar days without generating reports will be considered delinquent and will be disallowed from further completing identity verification and generating reports without an additional one-time payment to re-open the sixty (60) calendar day window to complete identity verification and generate reports. Report generation begins the thirty (30) day window during which you can share your Reusable Tenant Screening Report with up to 150 landlords or property managers.

DSE Solutions LLC d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (“RTSR”) is not a credit repair organization, or similarly regulated organization under other applicable laws, and does not provide credit repair advice.

Trademark Rights

The trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Trademarks”) used in this website are registered and unregistered Trademarks. The Trademarks belong to DSE Solutions LLC d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (“RTSR”), or its respective owner. The Trademark owner has exclusive rights to the Trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not display or use the Trademarks for any purpose without the written permission of Trademark owner.

Client is responsible for providing information for DSE Solutions LLC, d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports to generate state compliant Reusable Tenant Screening Reports, also known as Portable Tenant Screening Reports. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports rely upon certain information (“CLIENT Information”) in the performance of our services. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports shall be entitled to rely upon such CLIENT Information. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports will not conduct an independent evaluation of the accuracy or completeness of such CLIENT Information and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in such information. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports, as well as any findings and conclusions made by Landlords, are dependent on information received from CLIENT. Changes or modifications to the information provided by CLIENT can void Reusable Tenant Screening Reports. CLIENT agrees—as a material term of this Agreement—to update their application form immediately, if CLIENT has any material changes to their income. The CLIENT shall be responsible for providing proof of their current address and income verification. Not providing proof (Images/documentation) will make their report void and does not relieve Client of their payment obligation for the reports DSE Solutions LLC, d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports generated.  DSE Solutions LLC, d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports will not accept responsibility and will not be liable for a lack of proof that client fails to provide that affects landlord acceptance of our reports.
