No Longer Pay Multiple Application fees
Washington State recognizes Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (RTSRs) under RCW 59.18.257. This legislation was designed specifically to ease the financial strain on renters in one of the nation’s most competitive rental markets. Under Washington law, if a landlord accepts your RTSR, they cannot charge you any additional application or screening fee.
The Math of Moving Smarter
Most successful renters apply to at least 5 properties before securing their next home.
- The Traditional Way: 5 Landlords × 5 Mandatory Reports (*$50+ each) = $250.00+
- The Portable Way: 5 Landlords × 1 Reusable Report = $59.95
- Your Immediate Savings: $190
Pro Tip: Pro Tip: Don’t let fees drain your moving budget. Use a RTSR and put that $480+ toward your moving truck or security deposit, rather than paying for redundant background checks.

The Speed to Lease: Win in One of the Nation's Most Competitive Markets
In Washington’s high-demand markets – from the sleek high-rises of Seattle’s South Lake Union and Capitol Hill to the desirable Bellevue and Kirkland corridors – properties move in hours, not days.
- Zero Wait Time: While others wait 48+ hours for a new background check to clear, you are “Approval Ready” the moment you tour.
- Skip the Line: Hand the landlord a verified, state-compliant tenant screening report on the spot.
- Be Pre-Approved: Why wait until after the tour? Our RTSR allows you to get approved in advance, so you only spend time viewing places where you’re already cleared to move in. Apply broadly, move fast, and skip the budget constraints. You are now in control
