Reusable Tenant Screening Reports shall be entitled to rely upon such CLIENT Information. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports will not conduct an independent evaluation of the accuracy or completeness of such CLIENT Information and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in such information. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports, as well as any findings and conclusions made by Landlords, are dependent on information received from CLIENT. Changes or modifications to the information provided by CLIENT can void Reusable Tenant Screening Reports. CLIENT agrees—as a material term of this Agreement—to update their application form immediately, if CLIENT has any material changes to their income. The CLIENT shall be responsible for providing proof of their current address and income verification. Not providing proof (Images/documentation) will make their report void and does not relieve Client of their payment obligation for the reports DSE Solutions LLC, d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports generated.  DSE Solutions LLC, d/b/a Reusable Tenant Screening Reports will not accept responsibility and will not be liable for a lack of proof that client fails to provide that affects landlord acceptance of our reports.
