$59.95 which is a one (1) time fee and makes your report shareable with up to 150 landlords/property managers for thirty (30) days
A regular tenant screening report can only be used one (1) time, to one (1) landlord or property manager. If you don’t secure that specific residence and continue searching, you would have to complete a second application and pay a second fee for the next residential property. Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (RTSR) powered by TransUnion™ data allows your report to be reusable or portable, meaning you can re-share the report with up to 150 landlords or property managers within thirty (30) days. This saves you time and money as you don’t have to pay multiple fees for multiple reports.
Completing the report application process is not a hard pull with relation to your credit and will not affect your credit score.
You will need to complete another application process and pay a second $59.95. The new report will then be shareable with up to 150 landlords/property managers for thirty (30) days.
No, most of your information will be pre-populated from the prior application you completed. The new landlord/property manager information will be needed so the report can be routed to the correct individual.
Several states have laws in place mandating the landlord/property manager accept a Reusable Tenant Screening Report (RTSR), also known as a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as long as it meets certain requirements. Our Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (RTSR) powered by TransUnion™ data meet these requirements and the landlord/property manager shall accept the report in
those states or be subject to a fine. Some states make it optional for the landlord/property manager to accept the report but then the landlord/property manager cannot charge the prospective tenant an additional fee. It is highly recommended you navigate to your specific state page within our website and review the state law section for your specific state.
In your tenant dashboard there is an option to remind the landlord/property manager of the invitation and to accept it and review your report.
During the application process, you will be prompted to pay the one (1) time fee of $59.95. Our system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Link.

Yes, you can still complete the application process and invite a landlord/property manager to review your report. They do not have to accept it as there is no state law dictating the acceptance of Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (RTSR), also known as Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR), in your state currently. However, they may accept your report as it provides detailed information about you and your suitability as a prospective tenant.
