Reusable Tenant Screening Reports (RTSR) powered by TransUnion™ data allows your report to be reusable or portable, meaning you can re-share the report with up to 150 landlords or property managers within thirty (30) days. This saves you time and money as you don’t have to pay multiple fees for multiple reports.

Completing the report application process is not a hard pull with relation to your credit and will not affect your credit score.

Several states have laws in place mandating the landlord/property manager accept a Reusable Tenant Screening Report (RTSR), also known as a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as long as it meets certain requirements.
