Any attempt to omit or alter required details, either to present oneself more favorably or to conceal negative history, will result in the invalidation of your Reusable Tenant Screening Report (RTSR). The fee for the Reusable Tenant Screening Report (RTSR) is a one-time charge, and the report remains valid for thirty (30) days as dictated by our screening partner TransUnion. Once this time period ends, to obtain a new report you must complete a new Reusable Tenant Screening Report (RTSR) form and pay the cost for a new report. You will then have another thirty (30) days to invite up to 150 landlords to view your Reusable Tenant Screening Report (RTSR) while you search for your rental home. State laws can change with regard to tenant screening and as of 11/01/2025, the information provided herein is accurate and complete.
